Our firm has established a practical and proven strategic planning
methodology. Our strategy engagements are designed to assist our
clients in identifying emerging businesses and market segments, as well
as develop the infrastructure required to delight their customers,
dominate their industries and optimize their business results.
We view our role as facilitators of a strategic planning process, which
includes an unyielding focus on execution. A number of studies as well
as our own observations with clients reveal that in the absence of a
structured process, less than 50% of strategic initiatives are
implemented. We work best when our client views us as an extension of
their leadership team, and we collaborate with the executive team to
ensure execution of the strategic plan.
We also advocate the use of measurement systems such as The Balanced
Scorecard as a framework for measuring the effectiveness of the
